Anjeer Katli

Anjeer Katli, also known as Fig Barfi, is a luscious Indian sweet made primarily from dried figs (anjeer) and assorted nuts. This katli has a chewy, nutty texture and a rich, earthy flavor. The figs are soaked and ground into a paste, then cooked with ghee and mixed with finely chopped or ground nuts.
